These Submission & Refund Terms explain Standard submissions, paid queue priority, boosts, voluntary creator support, Head-to-Head, credits, fulfillment, and refund review on Lynup. They supplement the Terms of Service.

The central rule is simple: paid priority purchases queue mechanics, not guaranteed creator attention, approval, promotion, or outcomes.

1. Standard submissions

A Standard submission normally joins the available queue without a paid priority purchase. Standard placement, availability, and limits depend on the creator’s current settings, queue state, cooldowns, account or guest limits, source restrictions, and rules.

A free submission does not guarantee playback, duration, reaction, review, feedback, promotion, or acceptance. A creator may pause or end a queue or skip, reject, block, or remove a Standard submission.

2. Skip and Super Skip

Skip and Super Skip purchase placement within Lynup’s queue-priority system. Super Skip has higher queue priority than Skip, and paid Skip ordinarily has higher priority than Standard, subject to the implemented queue rules and higher-priority categories or credits shown in the product.

Skip and Super Skip do not guarantee playback, a minimum listening or viewing duration, a reaction, review, positive feedback, promotion, endorsement, audience exposure, followers, streams, sales, business results, creator approval, or a particular completion time.

The creator retains discretion to open, play, stop, skip, reject, block, or remove the submission. Stream-specific rules also apply but cannot override Lynup policies, law, copyright rules, payment-provider restrictions, or Lynup’s refund authority.

3. Paid boosts

A paid boost moves an eligible waiting submission into or ahead within the displayed Skip priority according to the implemented queue rules. It does not outrank higher priority that the product preserves, and it does not guarantee creator attention or any outcome.

A target can become ineligible before payment confirmation if it is no longer waiting, the queue changes or ends, or another state prevents the move. When Stripe reports a successful payment but Lynup cannot apply the boost, the event is recorded for reconciliation and is generally eligible for refund or equivalent-credit review.

4. Direct creator support

Direct creator support is a voluntary one-time payment intended to support a creator. It is not a purchase of queue priority, playback, reaction, review, feedback, endorsement, promotion, exposure, or another creator service.

Voluntary support is normally non-refundable. Lynup may make a reasonable exception for a verified duplicate charge, payment error, fraud, or other circumstance required by law or justified after review.

5. Head-to-Head

Head-to-Head allows eligible submissions to enter a creator-controlled matchup or challenge flow. Payment, where required, unlocks the challenge or paid matchup state described at checkout; it does not guarantee that a particular opponent accepts, that the creator runs or completes the matchup, or that either submission wins.

Existing paid Head-to-Head flows attempt refunds in specific circumstances, including when certain paid waiting challenges remain when a session ends and when an opponent denies a paid Twitch challenge. If Stripe or the local confirmation step fails, the refund may remain pending for manual reconciliation rather than completing automatically.

Other cancellation, active, completed, late-payment, or exceptional states are reviewed under the general refund standards below. Bank or Stripe processing can take additional time after Lynup initiates a refund.

6. Vault and Twitch-related credits

Vault, Channel Points, subscription, Bits, gifted, or administrator-issued credits may affect priority or related Lynup features when the product shows them as available. These credits are product permissions, not cash, bank deposits, or stored monetary value, and have no guaranteed cash redemption value.

Twitch may control whether Channel Points are fulfilled or returned. Lynup credit restoration or replacement depends on the applicable feature state and is separate from a card-payment refund.

7. Content and link responsibility

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and authorize the limited hosting, storage, processing, transcoding where necessary, display, playback or embedding, delivery to the selected creator and moderators, overlays, integrations, security, and moderation needed to operate Lynup.

You are responsible for entering the correct link and ensuring that user-controlled links or files remain accessible, safe, and authorized. Third-party providers may remove, restrict, geo-block, age-restrict, alter, or stop supporting content without Lynup’s control.

8. Refund eligibility

Lynup may manually review whether a refund or equivalent Lynup credit is appropriate. A purchase is generally eligible for review when a verified duplicate charge occurred; payment succeeded but the purchased functionality failed to activate; a paid boost could not be applied; a Lynup technical failure materially prevented the purchased priority; a queue ended before a paid item had a meaningful opportunity to receive its purchased priority; creator or platform suspension made fulfillment impossible; or a similar failure occurred outside the buyer’s reasonable control.

A creator-skipped, stopped, or rejected paid submission is not automatically refundable. If the submission meaningfully received the purchased queue priority before that decision, the priority service may have been substantially fulfilled. If the purchased priority was never meaningfully delivered, Lynup may provide a refund or equivalent credit after review.

Legitimate duplicate charges should be refunded after verification. Lynup may make reasonable exceptions and retains authority over platform refunds.

9. Normally non-refundable circumstances

Subject to Lynup’s discretion and rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, refunds are normally denied for:

  • A wrong link or mistaken submission entered by the submitter, a change of mind, or voluntary removal by the buyer.
  • A broken, private, inaccessible, expired, geo-blocked, or restricted link controlled by the submitter or source provider.
  • Violation of creator rules, Lynup policies, copyright requirements, payment restrictions, law, or prohibited-content rules.
  • Fraudulent, malicious, infringing, illegal, spam, scam, malware, or abusive submissions or payment conduct.
  • The creator disliking the content, giving a negative reaction, stopping or skipping after meaningful priority, or declining to promote or endorse it.
  • Lack of audience exposure, followers, streams, sales, business results, creator approval, or another outcome that was never sold.
  • Voluntary creator support, except for verified duplicates, payment errors, fraud, legal requirements, or a reasonable exception approved by Lynup.

10. Requesting a review

Send a refund-review request to support@lynup.xyz from the email connected to the purchase when possible. Include the creator or queue, approximate date, amount, Stripe receipt or Checkout information, and a concise explanation. Do not send a full card number or CVC.

We aim to review eligible refund requests within 5 business days. That is a review target, not a guarantee that every request qualifies or that funds will arrive within five days. Stripe, the card network, and the buyer’s bank can require additional processing time after a refund is initiated.

Payments can also be subject to disputes, chargebacks, reversals, fraud reviews, and processor adjustments. Abusive chargebacks, payment fraud, or manipulation may result in account restriction or suspension.

11. Prices, currency, and changes

The price and currency shown before checkout govern that purchase. Creators may change prices for future purchases within Lynup’s allowed settings. A later price change does not rewrite a completed purchase.

Lynup may update these terms with a new version and effective date. Material changes apply prospectively where appropriate and may require fresh acceptance. Historical purchase and acceptance records remain unchanged.
