These Creator Terms apply when you create or operate a Lynup creator page, run queues, receive payments or voluntary support, connect Stripe, use creator integrations, or appoint moderators. They supplement the Terms of Service.

By enabling creator payout functionality, you agree to the current version of these Creator Terms.

1. Creator eligibility and responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old, maintain an active Lynup account, provide accurate information, and satisfy Stripe’s eligibility and verification requirements to receive payouts.

You are responsible for your creator page, stream-specific rules, moderators, queue decisions, public statements, and compliance with law, Lynup policies, copyright rules, and provider restrictions. Moderators act with access you authorize, and you are responsible for managing that access.

2. Creator control and queue discretion

You control whether a queue is open, paused, or ended and may play, stop, skip, reject, block, or remove submissions. You may set additional creator rules, submission limits, cooldowns, source restrictions, allowed file types, and moderation practices where the product permits.

Your discretion does not allow you to misdescribe paid priority, promise prohibited outcomes, override Lynup’s policies or refund authority, infringe rights, engage in unlawful discrimination or abuse, or accept content or payments prohibited by Stripe or another provider.

Skip, Super Skip, and boosts buy queue priority only. Do not represent them as guaranteed playback, minimum listening or viewing time, reviews, positive feedback, promotion, endorsement, exposure, followers, streams, sales, approval, or business results.

3. Stripe Connect

Lynup uses Stripe Connect. You may create a connected Stripe account or connect an eligible existing account through Stripe-hosted onboarding. Stripe independently provides payment, identity-verification, financial onboarding, account, and payout services under its agreements and privacy policy.

Stripe may collect identity, business, tax, banking, ownership, and verification information directly from you. Lynup receives and stores information needed to operate the integration, including connected-account identifiers, account and capability status, outstanding requirements, relevant payment metadata, balances, payout records, and other information Stripe makes available to the platform.

Lynup may use its Stripe integration to create destination charges, specify the connected account that receives funds, apply the platform fee displayed for your account, request account and payout information, create onboarding or dashboard links, issue authorized refunds, and respond to payment events. Lynup does not locally collect raw card number or CVC data through the current implementation.

Stripe may accept, reject, restrict, suspend, or close a connected account or payment function. Payout availability and timing depend on Stripe, your account status, verification, risk review, country, currency, bank, and other conditions. Lynup does not promise a universal payout schedule.

4. Platform fees and earnings

Lynup charges the platform fee applicable to your account and displays that percentage in the payout settings before or while you enable payouts. The fee can vary by creator status, account arrangement, program, promotion, or pricing change. A manually assigned or earned creator level may change the applicable fee.

Lynup will not treat one percentage as a universal permanent fee. Material fee changes will apply prospectively where appropriate. Completed transaction records, payout views, and creator analytics may show gross payment activity; gross transaction volume is not the same as Lynup revenue or your final available balance.

Amounts associated with your connected account may be reduced or adjusted by platform fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reversals, fraud review, processor adjustments, or other valid corrections. The current system does not promise automated collection of every negative balance or adjustment.

You are responsible for determining and meeting your tax, registration, reporting, invoicing, and other legal obligations. Lynup does not provide tax advice.

5. Purchases, support, and refunds

You authorize Lynup to describe and process Standard submissions, Skip, Super Skip, boosts, direct support, Head-to-Head, and related features according to the Terms of Service and Submission & Refund Terms.

Direct creator support is voluntary and is not payment for a review, reaction, promotion, priority, endorsement, or guaranteed service. You must not offer a prohibited off-platform bargain that contradicts that description.

Lynup retains authority over platform refunds and credits. A creator’s decision to skip or reject a paid submission is not automatically refundable when the purchased priority was meaningfully delivered. Lynup may approve a refund or equivalent credit when priority was not meaningfully delivered because of a technical failure, ended queue, invalid boost state, suspension, duplicate charge, or similar cause outside the buyer’s reasonable control.

Payments may be affected by refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reversals, fraud review, and processor adjustments. Where applicable, those events may affect creator balances or earnings. You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests for information needed to review a payment issue.

6. Content, moderation, and copyright

Creators should moderate queues and may remove content that violates creator rules or Lynup policies. Lynup does not guarantee that automated or manual tools will detect every violation before content appears or plays.

You may use submitted content only for the queue, livestream, moderation, playback, display, recap, competition, or other Lynup functionality reasonably expected from the submission and the permissions available through Lynup. Separate advertising, sponsorship, commercial reuse, or unrelated promotional use may require additional permission from the rights holder.

Lynup may disable content, restrict features, preserve evidence, or direct you to stop using content in response to a copyright report, legal request, provider rule, or enforcement decision. You must cooperate with those actions.

7. Creator data and public information

Creator pages, display names, profile links, profile media, live queue information, public results, recaps, and connected community names may be public. Stripe account status, private creator notes, raw security data, and nonpublic payout information are limited to authorized interfaces and providers.

Creators receive queue, submission, community, and analytics information needed to run their features. You may not misuse personal information, export or combine it for an unauthorized purpose, sell it, or use it to harass, discriminate, scam, or circumvent a person’s choices.

8. Suspension and termination

Lynup may pause payments, restrict creator features, remove content, or suspend or terminate a creator account for policy violations, fraud, excessive or abusive disputes, payment manipulation, security risk, infringement, illegal activity, abusive conduct, provider restrictions, or serious misuse.

Restriction or termination may prevent new purchases or payouts and may require review of outstanding paid entries, refunds, disputes, balances, and records. It does not automatically erase obligations or guarantee immediate payout or account closure.

You may contact support@lynup.xyz if you believe a restriction was mistaken. This does not create a formal appeal procedure.

9. Changes and contact

Lynup may update these Creator Terms and will assign a new version and effective date to material changes. Material fee or program changes will apply prospectively where appropriate, and fresh acceptance may be required. Historical acceptance records remain unchanged.

Questions about creator payments or these terms may be sent to support@lynup.xyz.
