1.0

These rules apply to accounts, creator pages, profiles, submissions, files, links, chat, challenges, votes, competitions, feedback, payments, integrations, and other use of Lynup.

Creators may add stream-specific rules. Those rules may be stricter, but they cannot authorize conduct prohibited here or override law, copyright rules, provider restrictions, or Lynup enforcement.

1. Illegal, exploitative, and prohibited content

Do not use Lynup to create, submit, promote, request, facilitate, or link to:

  • Illegal activity or content, including illegal sexual content, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
  • Adult or sexual content prohibited by Stripe, another payment provider, or applicable law, including prohibited sexual services or transactions.
  • Illegal or dangerous goods or services, fraudulent services, unlawful gambling or wagering, or other payment-provider-prohibited activity.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or that you lack permission to submit and display.
  • Malware, malicious code, credential theft, phishing, deceptive downloads, harmful files, or links intended to compromise a device, account, or service.

2. Harassment, threats, and hateful abuse

Do not threaten violence, encourage harm, stalk, dox, target a person with sustained harassment, or use Lynup to coordinate abuse. Do not attack people based on protected characteristics or submit content primarily to humiliate, intimidate, or endanger them.

Creators may give candid or negative feedback, and users may disagree. Criticism does not excuse threats, targeted harassment, discriminatory abuse, or sharing private information without authority.

3. Impersonation, scams, and misuse of identity

Do not impersonate another person, creator, brand, rights holder, moderator, Lynup representative, or payment provider in a deceptive manner. Do not misrepresent ownership, affiliations, results, products, services, or payment purpose.

Do not run scams, solicit credentials, manipulate users into unauthorized payments, submit fraudulent services, or misuse another person’s personal or financial information.

4. Security and access

Do not access accounts or data without authorization; probe, attack, disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or bypass security, moderation, source, rate-limit, payment, queue, or provider controls; or use tokens, sessions, APIs, webhooks, uploads, or integrations outside their authorized purpose.

Good-faith security concerns should be reported privately to the support email. Do not publicly expose credentials, personal information, or an unpatched vulnerability in a way that creates avoidable harm.

5. Spam and queue manipulation

Do not flood queues, evade limits or blocks, create deceptive duplicate accounts, automate submissions without permission, manipulate queue order or votes, coordinate fake engagement, abuse referral attribution, interfere with competitions, or use irrelevant or repetitive content to disrupt creators or viewers.

Do not mislabel content, conceal a malicious destination, or use redirects or changing links to defeat creator or platform review.

6. Payments, disputes, and credits

Do not use stolen payment methods, make unauthorized purchases, create sham transactions, manipulate connected accounts, abuse refunds or chargebacks, evade fees, launder funds, trade product credits as cash, or use Lynup for activity prohibited by Stripe.

A legitimate billing dispute may be raised in good faith. Repeated false disputes, chargeback threats used to obtain benefits, duplicate-payment manipulation, or fraud can lead to payment restrictions or account suspension.

7. Personal information and community conduct

Use personal information only for the legitimate Lynup function through which you received it. Do not sell, publish, deanonymize, harass, discriminate against, or contact someone for an unrelated purpose using private creator, viewer, submitter, moderator, or payment information.

Respect creator rules, moderator directions, and platform limits. Do not retaliate against a person for reporting conduct or exercising a privacy, payment, or copyright right.

8. Enforcement and reporting

Lynup may investigate reports and may remove or restrict content, block submissions, limit features, preserve evidence, reverse product state where appropriate, or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts. Enforcement considers context, severity, history, risk, provider requirements, and applicable law.

Lynup uses technical controls and human moderation but does not claim to automatically detect every violation. Content appearing in a queue is not an approval by Lynup.

Content removed for violating law, copyright, creator rules, Lynup policy, or payment restrictions may be denied a refund under the Submission & Refund Terms.

Reports may be sent to support@lynup.xyz. Copyright claims should follow the Copyright & DMCA Policy.

9. Updates

Lynup may update these Guidelines with a new version and effective date. Material changes apply prospectively where appropriate, and fresh acceptance may be required. Historical acceptance and enforcement records are not rewritten.
