Add Lynup overlays to OBS

Before you start: Create a session in Lynup, then open Dashboard → Settings → OBS Overlays. Choose Preview to see a layout with sample data. Choose Copy URL when you know which one you want. The URL is permanent for your account, so you only need to add it to OBS once.

Add it to OBS: In Sources, select +, choose Browser, and create a new source. Paste the Lynup URL into URL. Set Width to 1920 and Height to 1080. Leave Custom CSS at its default transparent setting. Keep Control audio via OBS turned off because Lynup overlays contain no audio.

Recommended source settings: Keep Shutdown source when not visible turned off so live updates stay connected. Keep Refresh browser when scene becomes active turned off. Select OK, then right-click the source and choose Transform → Fit to Screen. Place the browser source above your game, camera, or display capture.

Choose a layout: Now Playing appears in the lower-left and hides until a track is playing. Up Next appears in the upper-right and hides when nothing is waiting. Live Lineup places the current track and next five along the right side. Lynup Status adds a small upper-left badge and waiting count.

Canvas sizes: Use a 1920 × 1080 browser source for both 1080p and 720p streams; OBS scales it with the scene. For a 2560 × 1440 canvas, you can still fit the 1920 × 1080 source to the screen. Do not crop the browser source—the transparent canvas positions the graphic correctly.

If it is not updating: Open the overlay URL in a normal browser to confirm the session is live. In OBS, open the Browser Source properties and select Refresh cache of current page. Confirm the URL begins with https://lynup.xyz/overlay/ and that Lynup is not hidden behind another full-screen source.

Lynup overlays show track and lineup data only. Music and video continue playing in the Lynup Dashboard or on the original platform, so provider autoplay rules cannot break the overlay.
